We are two students who love food. Cooking has turned into our hobby, and we have fun making what our stomachs command. Thankfully, we both have a palate that is open to all flavors (don’t you feel sorry for those who choose to only eat burgers and fries…or hate seafood…or sigh..let’s not go on), so we are down to try anything and everything. We also love eating out–both fine and ghetto…oh yes, and taking pictures of everything.
The foods we make are all ones that we have tried time and time again with success. Many of the foods are from the ’source,’ aka. M. O. M. + family + friends, while others stem from inspirations seen on tv, eaten in restaurants, etc.
We have tons of fun doing this, so we hope you guys have just as much fun reading and trying the recipes out as well! Remember, Tasty Meals at Home can be easy and fun to make! Enjoy

Followed the bread crumbs back from The Leftover Queen.
While I like sushi and sashimi, I’m dubious about most cooked fish. However I’m from the midwest where in the 50s fish was breaded and found only in the freezer section, which may explain my aversion.

charcuteire: we love sushi and sashimi too–addicted actually. Yes, that may be a reason for your aversion. Now is the time to try again–steamed, fried, stewed! *smile*
